Our Chamonix Mont-Blanc sightseeing tour is suitable for families, children, and seniors. Dress appropriately for mountain weather! We recommend:
✔️ Warm layers (temperatures drop at high altitudes)
✔️ Comfortable walking shoes (for exploring the Glacier and Ice cave)
✔️ Sunglasses & sunscreen (high-altitude sun can be strong)
✔️ A waterproof jacket (weather can change quickly in the Alps)
What happens if the cable car or train is closed due to bad weather? Is a refund possible?
The Aiguille du Midi cable car may occasionally close due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we provide access to alternative cable cars as a replacement. Unfortunately, refunds are not available when an alternative option is offered. However, if no alternatives are accessible, a partial refund may be granted—though please note that transportation fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
